About Keely

I qualified with Bowtech after leaving a career as a secondary English teacher. I became ill as a result of working is a high stress environment and suffered with anxiety as a result. I trained first in Reiki healing before discovering Bowen. had suffered three lots of whiplash over the years and my neck was often very painful so I thought I would try Bowen out.  I loved it so much I began training with Bowtech. After a very intense training period I qualified as a Bowen Practitioner.

Bowen therapy treats the cause of medical conditions and pain rather than working on the symptoms to create deep, long lasting healing and pain relief. Bowen therapy can be used to treat a wide range of conditions like back, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, respiratory problems, ear infections and relive emotional conditions like depression, stress and anxiety through shifting the autonomic nervous system from sympathetic, which is turned on during stress and pain, to parasympathetic which is where is needs to be for the body to rest, relax and repair.
